1. General

1.1 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect when posted on this page and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions each time you use this website. Your use of this site signifies your acceptance of the latest terms and conditions, as well as our privacy policy and cookie policy.

1.2 When you place an order with us you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email confirming we have received and accept your order.

1.3 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories unless stated.

1.4 Whilst goods may be shown assembled they may require assembly by you.

1.5 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.

1.6 Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.

2. Delivery

2.1 Our delivery charges are clearly stated in the shopping cart.

2.2 All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of shipping.

2.3 We reserve the right to vary our prices and charges. The total you pay is the total listed price at the time of order.

2.4 Goods will normally be dispatched within 2 working days of cleared payment.

2.5 Delivery times will be stated at the time of ordering (on the listing).

2.6 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.

2.7 Delivery times and prices stated are to MAINLAND ENGLAND ONLY. Delivery to other parts of the UK can be quoted for by contacting us and may incur an additional charge.

2.8 Goods will be delivered to your stated address.

2.9 Larger item can be heavy and you may be required to assist the driver in offloading your order.

2.10 Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility.

2.11 For larger items once we have agreed a delivery date with you, if you are not at home when we deliver the goods, we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.

2.12 Please check the goods on delivery. Damaged goods should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery and either, not accepted, or signed for as damaged (write damaged on delivery note).

2.13 If an item is damaged you must contact us to let us know (the courier will not contact us) within 3 days of receipt.

2.14 If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

2.15 Deliveries are made to the ground floor only and on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.

2.16 Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.

2.17 Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise

3. Payment

3.1 For your own peace of mind, and for Buyer Protection, we only accept payment through PayPal and in some cases Bank Transfer. You can pay via your PayPal account, or if you don’t have an account, by any debit or credit card. We do not accept cash, cheque, postal orders or any other payment method.

3.2 A payment confirmation will be sent once we have received cleared funds.

4. Cancellation and Returns – Non Business Customers

4.1 Personalised or modified items such as doors made to non-standard sizes or any door which you have asked us to modify or drill etc. cannot be returned unless faulty or not as advertised.

4.2 Under UK Law you can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. To do this please e-mail or write to us. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.

4.3 You do not have to give any reason for cancellation.

4.4 If you cancel, you must return the goods within 7 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging, with any protective wrapping still in place, to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage and insure your chosen transit method.

4.5 You may properly examine the goods for 14 working days.

4.6 You may not return any goods that have been installed or drilled or otherwise altered unless they are faulty.

4.7 We will refund your returned items within 14 working days of us receiving them.

4.8 This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

5. Cancellation and Returns – Business Customers

5.1 All goods can only be returned if faulty or not as described

6. Faulty Goods and Warranty

6.1 All goods are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty.

6.2 The manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to the rights that the law says you have as a consumer and accordingly, your statutory rights are not affected.

6.3 If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked.

6.4 The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.

6.5 Doors should be cleaned in accordance with our care and maintenance instructions.

6.6 Items situated below a sink, covering a dishwasher, washing machine or other similar appliance should be protected against excessive water contact.

6.7 Items located near any source of heat or steam should be protected either by heat deflectors or other suitable protection.

6.8 Within the warranty time scale we will replace defective goods free of charge, at our discretion, providing that you have returned to us any faulty goods upon request.

6.9 If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance you will have the option of a refund.

6.10 Where we replace faulty goods you are responsible for their disposal if they have not previously been returned to us.

6.11 We are unable to guarantee and exact colour match due to the nature of the product.

6.12 All products are manufactured within tolerances of +/- 2mm.

7. Liability

7.1 The products sold have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK.

7.2 We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses. You should therefore not book installation of the goods until you have received them and inspected them.

8. Statutory Rights

8.1 This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
